About the Event
The Family Promise of Waukesha County Golf Outing presented by Green Bay Packaging will raise funds to help low-income families and families experiencing homelessness achieve sustainable independence through a community-based response. We do this by providing shelter and support to families with minor children experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Even though our golf outing is at capacity, you can support families at risk of homelessness by joining us for the post golf program. The program includes hors d'oeuvres, dinner, music, raffle, silent and live auction. Two client families will share their stories. It promises to be a fun, informative and important evening for families in need. Scroll down to register for the program or use the download a form.

SPONSOR THE EVENT
BECOME A SPONSOR to ensure the success of the event and demonstrate your support for families experiencing economic difficulty. Since golfing is sold out, we cannot accommodate any additional sponsors at the Masters, Eagle or Ace levels.
ENTRY FEE INCLUDES
- 18 holes of golf (scramble format) on a private Donald Ross course
- Practice range and green available before your round
- Lunch, complimentary beverages/snacks on the course, hors d'oeuvres, and evening meal
- Golf contests, evening entertainment, and program
LIMITS:
To ensure speed of play the number of golfers will be limited to 100.
50 additional non-golfers can attend the after-outing dinner and event.

Golf Registration (per golfer)
Ticket price per golfer is $160. Register yourself or up to four golfers by selecting the number of tickets that apply. Participation in the outing includes lunch, 18 holes of golf, dinner and a post event program. Enter your "team name" to indicate the group with whom you will golf.
