Julie Bice

Julie Bice joined the team of Family Promise of Waukesha County in March 2025 as their new Director of Community Outreach & Fund Development. With over a decade of fundraising and outreach experience, she is thrilled to bring her passion for uplifting others and making a positive difference in her community to Family Promise. 

 

Prior to her role at Family Promise, Julie served as the Director of Development at Girls Inc. of Greater Indianapolis. She has also enjoyed fundraising for various cultural arts, environmental, and service-oriented nonprofits in both Indiana and Texas. Julie earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, along with a Technical Writing Certification, from the University of North Texas.

 

Having recently ventured to the Midwest, Julie delights in uncovering the charms of her new hometown alongside her husband, Graeme, and their spirited 16-year-old yorkie-poo, Dexter. She can often be found stirring up culinary delights, nurturing her garden, hiking through nature’s wonders, or unwinding with some good television.
