The Future Begins at Home!
The theme of our golf outing is The Future Begins at Home. Our mission is to help low-income families and families experiencing homelessness achieve sustainable independence through a community-based response. Keeping families and children in their homes or rehousing them quickly can changes the trajectory of their future.
