NOW HIRING: SENIOR CASE MANAGER

Family Promise of Waukesha County is seeking a seasoned Case Manager to assist low income families and families who are experiencing homelessness. The successful candidate will have a background in social work, understanding of the trauma associated with poverty and homelessness, able to offer compassion and empathy, and advocate for their families while challenging them to meet their goals.

The ability to speak Spanish and offer mentoring to other case managers or interns is a plus. A commitment to Diversity, Equality and Inclusion is a must. Please review the job description below.
