Family Promise of Waukesha County is happy to welcome Patrice Hofbauer and Rebecca Seymour to the Board of Directors. They were elected to the board on October 12.

Patrice Hofbauer
Patrice earned her BS in Education from Ohio State University. She continued her graduate studies at Southern CT University and University of WI and completed a Teaching Fellowship at Yale University. With over 20 years of teaching experience in public and parochial schools, inner-city and suburbs, Patrice has focused her outreach efforts on women, children, and families. She has enjoyed leading programs at her parish, St. Anthony on the Lake, in children and teen ministry as well as serving as School Board President and Fundraising Chair for many years. Volunteering and leading teen outreach programs at Hope Center, Waukesha Women’s Center, and St. Hyacinth food pantry have been wonderful experiences for her. Patrice and her husband, Mike, live in Waukesha and have two college-aged daughters.
Rebecca Seymour
Rebecca has lived in Waukesha County’s Lake Country area for more than 40 years. A writer and photojournalist, Rebecca has had hundreds of works published in award-winning newspapers and magazines; covering community feature stories about people, organizations, and events happening throughout the community. During the spring of 2020, Rebecca put her photography skills to work by taking photos of families at home and in their yards through the “Home Is Where the Heart Is” fundraising effort for Family Promise of Waukesha County. Rebecca also serves on boards for the Oconomowoc Scholarship Fund and Oconomowoc High School Band Aids nonprofit organizations. She and her husband Bill and their two daughters live in Ottawa.
