Rent Assistance

Our goal is to prevent families residing in  Waukesha County from experiencing homelessness. We do so by providing eligible families rent, mortgage, utility, car repair assistance and security deposits.

Nuestro objetivo es evitar que las familias que residen en el condado de Waukesha se queden sin hogar. Lo hacemos proporcionando a las familias elegibles alquiler, hipoteca, servicios públicos, asistencia para la reparación de automóviles y depósitos de seguridad. 

1. NEED ASSISTANCE?

  • Family Promise of Waukesha County (FPWC) utilizes the BOSCOC Coordinated Entry (CE) Prioritization List 

  • This list helps Waukesha County prioritize families in need of financial assistance 

    • The list prioritizes families in need based on an assessment 

  • FPWC places families on the list

  • CE rights and responsibilities

2. ARE YOU ELIGIBLE?

  • Applicants must live in Waukesha County 

  • Be the parent or legal guardian of minor children

3. HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

  1. Please fill out this form to be contacted about being placed on the Waukesha Coordinated Entry List 

    • Contact forms are processed in the order they are received

  2. Our intake coordinator will contact you within 3-5 business days post submission 

    • The initial contact will be to set up a phone meeting with you to discuss your current situation  

    • This meeting is set up via email so please check your email regularly after submission ​

  3. After meeting with the intake coordinator you will be placed on the CE List 

  4. Any organization in Waukesha County or surrounding areas may reach out to provide you assistance 

    • ​Once an organization is able to provide you assistance they will contact you ​​
